Feasibility study
Powall can showcase the improvements that can be made to a new product or application using our nanocoating process. We can propose a project to demonstrate our nanocoatings based on a project proposal with clear milestones.
A feasibility study normally includes smaller scale nanocoatings where we coat grams of powder. This includes chemistry design and assessment of the flowability of your powder.
Product development
Powall can help you bring your powder to the next level by undertaking a full product development. We can produce larger batches, up to kg scale, for product development and optimisation. We work together to produce a clear roadmap for scale up, tailored to the specifics of your powder and project requirements.
Pilot plant production
Powall’s unique continuous reactor can be used to power up your powder at scale. Semi-industrial scale quantities of nanocoated powder, up to hundreds of tonnes per annum, can be produced. Production campaigns can be planned to meet requirements for larger scale testing, validation and project demonstrations.
Full industrial production
Powall’s technology can enable your progress right up to industrial scale. Our unique proprietary continuous reactor design can produce batches from kg scale right up to kilotons of powder per year. We can support you right through the scale up process providing a system designed so you can get the most out of your powder!
